EMA Patient Portal
If you need to communicate with a member of our staff regarding your treatment plan, a medication refill, or a new concern or have questions regarding a procedure, we encourage you to use our secure patient portal. Using the patient portal is easy and is the most efficient way to reach us, thus minimizing the need for missed telephone calls and multiple telephone messages.

patient portal functions include the following:
- Communicate with Dr. Shah and the nursing staff
- Verify and/or update address
- Verify and/or update medical insurance information
- Enter/update medical history and current medications
- View selected test results and reports
In order to activate your patient portal, you will need to provide your email address, name and birthdate to a Kenwood Dermatology staff member. Once the staff member has activated your Patient Portal, you will receive an invitational email.
You will have 24 hours to respond to the invitational email to activate your patient portal access. Please check your junk email folder if you do not see an email from Modernizing Medicine in your inbox.
Your username and temporary password will be provided to you by a staff member. Please contact the office at 513-745-5510 if you need assistance. You will be required to change your password once you log in to the Patient Portal for the first time.

If you have difficulty logging in to the Patient Portal and receive an error message, you may need to reset your web browser. Please be aware that resetting your browser will remove all of your settings (e.g., saved passwords, history, home page, and other saved website information).
